As owner and manager, Frank has over 25 years of professional experience in Architectural Building Design. His knowledge and flair have seen him develop over 50 Display homes for local builders while retaining a strong focus on innovation to produce quality solutions for the individual. He has vast knowledge in all facets of design, winning various awards for his work over the journey.

Scott is charged with producing construction documentation for all Korden Design projects. Since joining the business in 1996, Scott has become an integral part of the team through his extensive construction knowledge and ability to work closely with consultants. Scott also brings his experience in energy-efficient design and construction to the group working closely with Frank during the design process.
